Hi everyone, how are you? After a break from posting about destination weddings in Italy , we are back to talk about an incredible place for the big day. During my FamTrip through Sicily , I had the chance to visit La Chiusa Country House , a place that stands out as a setting for destination weddings in the Syracuse region. Here I share my impressions and details of this charming place, designed especially for those who dream of an unforgettable wedding in Italy.
La Chiusa Country House is a Sicilian retreat located in Rosolini, near Syracuse, and easily accessible by car via Sicily’s scenic roads. The charm of the place begins with its architecture: an old Sicilian country house, with stone walls, high ceilings and rustic details that recall the region’s agricultural tradition. The building preserves the atmosphere of centuries past, making the place full of history and personality.
The great advantage of destination weddings is the versatility of the spaces. The inner courtyard, surrounded by stone walls and gardens, is perfect for outdoor parties, with an intimate atmosphere and natural light at dusk. The inner hall offers comfort and elegance for more formal celebrations or for those seeking security on days with uncertain weather. The main protagonist of the setting is, without a doubt, the century-old tree that reigns in the main garden. It transforms into a natural altar for outdoor ceremonies, offering shade, beauty and a moving backdrop for photographs.
My visit during the FamTrip to Sicily, organized by the Wedding Design Course and Panta Rhei Wedding , which you can check out on the blog Aonde Casar, only reinforced my certainty: La Chiusa Country House is a great choice for those looking for exclusivity, beauty and authenticity in a destination wedding in Italy.
So, what did you think?
See you next week!
Kisses,
Simone.
