Destination wedding in Marrakech: discover the hotel The Oberoi

Hi guys all right? Continuing our destination wedding special in Marrakech , today I want to dedicate this post to the wonderful hotel The Oberoi , which is about 28 min from the city center. It’s drooling! There are 28 hectares very well distributed among wonderful gardens , perfect for pre- and post-wedding, as well as the big day ceremony, and the building, which brings the culture of palaces with a central courtyard as a base. The building was inspired by Medersa Ben Youssef – an Islamic college that dates back more than 500 years and is an icon of classical Moroccan architecture.

The rooms and villas are amazing and almost all have a private pool. Luxury and privacy in the right measure, especially if you are on your honeymoon and want to be isolated from the rest of the hotel. Ah, the room service and the entire service at the hotel are first-rate, worthy of an international hotel, but without leaving out the charming Moroccan hospitality. And in addition to the pools, the lodgings also bring a drool-worthy look: picturesque views of the majestic, snow-capped Atlas Mountains.

And since I’ve talked about pre-wedding, I can’t help but mention the fantastic spa at Oberoi, which follows the Ayurvedic philosophy . The treatments are from another planet, you came out as if you were walking on clouds. For the most anxious couple, it’s more than a sure stop before the big day. Other good options for previous events are the tours and activities that the hotel offers, such as a helicopter ride and breakfast in the balloon.

And speaking of the big day, The Oberoi hotel offers three wonderful restaurants for your big day: the Mediterranean Tamint, which overlooks the terrace, and the Azur, which is characterized by being a lighter option by the pool – great option. for the post-wedding or even the wedding lunch, if you choose to say “yes” during the day. And, finally, Siniman, which offers the best of Moroccan cuisine. This is my suggestion for the big day. The atmosphere is beautiful and the flavors are quite an experience for the guests.

So, what did you think of The Oberoi? I hope you liked it and that you write to me soon, because I already miss Marrakech and I can’t wait to go back to have an amazing wedding there.

Until the next post,
Simone
