During Froonck's FAM Trip in Rio de Janeiro, I made a point of taking you to meet my favorite hotels for weddings in Rio de Janeiro. And among them is the LSH Barra Hotel, which is facing the sea, in Barra da Tijuca. I took advantage and made a complete inspection site by the property on video.

I love the LSH for several reasons: good location, various environments to hold events and first service. However, the most noteworthy is the quality of the hotel as a whole. It manages to be business and leisure at the same time, and in both cases without losing its essence.
As I said, the LSH has several environments for events. The destination wedding welcome drinks, for example, has a right stop in the pool facing the sea. An option for the wedding is on account of the Emerald Hall, for up to 200 people, occupying the mezzanine and its balcony, with the stunning view of the beach. And they don't stop. Scheduled for the next phase, the second floor for conventions can accommodate up to 300 people in auditorium in its 3, 70m high Ballroom located underground.

Another good balcony of the LSH was to create a carscreen of accommodation to receive all the pockets and tastes. I find it essential for the bride and groom to pay attention when choosing the destination of the wedding. For me, there's nothing more unpleasant than forcing your guests to be all on the same level of cost. The LSH offers 75 apartments, between Superior, 30m ² with mountain or garden views, and Deluxe, 32sqm with lateral sea view. All accommodations have a balcony, Nespresso coffee machine, bathrooms with double tub, shower maxi showers and L'Occitane amenities, and are available with 1 king size bed or 2 double beds. For the bride and groom, the hotel offers ocean suites, with stunning sea views and, on the highest floors, the Pool and Lifestyle suites, with transparent pools.
For the farewell lunch, I recommend the restaurant Esplanada Grill, which is famous in several places, mainly in Ipanema, and which has a unit inside the hotel. It accommodates guests very well and can be booked for Petit committees.
